Janine is a third-year graduate student in the social and personality psychology program at UCR. She received her B.A. in psychology from UCR and knew it would be the right school to continue her education. Janine is interested in examining the concept of flow in conversations and how it can relate to sexual and relationship satisfaction. She also hopes to examine commitment and satisfaction levels in non-traditional partnership agreements such as open relationships, polyamory, and other types of consensual non-monogamous agreements. In her free time, you can find Janine spending time with her husband, Mike, and dogs, Bruce Wayne and Phoebe Buffay. Her other passion is spending time in the kitchen making vegan kale Caesar salads or baking homemade bagels.
