Jason Hawes is a fourth-year graduate student in the Social and Personality Psychology program at UCR. Jason earned his MA in Health Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and BA in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Jason’s research interests focus on mindfulness, well-being, stress management, and the overlapping processes that influence both mental and physical health. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends, working out, or playing video games.
